At the very least guys like Rochow and Godinet have to go. Rochow started the season well, but has totally lost the plot in recent weeks. Defence has been atrocious. Godinet speaks for himself. To call him a reserve grader would be an insult to reserve graders.

#Bringbackkilla

Replace a reserve grader with a reserve grader. That will definitely make sure our forwards go forward and we don’t drop the ball or miss tackles. If you were a coach you would be on the big bucks.

He’s a superior defender and doesn’t make the mistakes oh my Godinet does. You know it makes it sense.

“the first sin Bin was dumb from us”.

Tata Noffa. Hello MWZ.

Yeah, he’s another who should go. That sin binning was a droppable offence imo. I know it was probably impulse, but it doesn’t matter, he’s experienced enough to know better. MWZ is much more reliable.

As I said in another thread , it is literally an instinctive move , bit like when you get wrong footed in defence and someone steps inside you and you clip them high

Idk. The whistle blew, then he jumped up off the ground and made the tackle. What did he expect was going to happen. You need to have match awareness.

The problem is that up to a few weeks ago it would have just been another penalty , and they would rarely sin bin , especially when it wasn't a try scoring position

This would a split opinion from coaches , but if he'd let him go and they'd scored many coaches would have kicked his butt for the not tackling him

Much like when Twal lets Blake Ferguson through v the Roosters even though he was called offside , you make the tackle give the penalty away and back your defence

If we are going to drop Nofoaluma , drop him for the right reasons , in my opinion this isn't the right reason

Hap, it’s always been a sin bin when a player tackles another player whose taken a quick tap and he’s not back the 10\. It’s a professional foul. It’s the ones that got ET sent that are the ones that are irritating everyone.

That wouldn't have concerned me so much if Blake Green had of been binned in the fist half for the third penalty in 2 minutes.
Lack of consistency, that what irks most league supporters.

Not from 40 metres out , in the red zone yes

Idk about that.

I actually thought we looked good with the ball much of the time in the first half. Unfortunately, Benji's decision making didn't help us and often killed any momentum we had. Having to play with 12 men for 60 minutes, make 100 extra tackles and have players in the HIA at different times didn't help our energy, focus and ability to complete sets either.

Since when do you get sent to the sin bin for 30 minutes.

We had two players off for 10 minutes each. that 20 minutes in total, not 60.

Cleary is doing his best with a pretty average roster.

We need everyone available and weened to be fresh.

Were battered and bruised after intense first 6weeks.

It was never sustainable with this roster.

As long as they keep trying Im fine.

2-3 quality players need to be bought then ill judge them harsher.

I agree with what you say but its a roster mainly put together by cleary…a few of us said last year that clearys panic buying spree would backfire...apart from packer and to a lesser extent corey thompson the remainder have turned out to be dudds as we predicted
So stop blaming injuries and the refs....cleary had more money than any coach we have had to spend and clearly missed the boat...this club will never be successful if it sticks to bargain buys in players and coaches

Nope he should have let Kata run 40m to score…

the fact he was penalised in the 1st place for a legs tackle annoyed me more...

The quick tap rule gives me the…..

And on the odd occasion we are awarded a penalty we have a committee meeting, were usually too knackered to take a quick one and maybe suck in the defender..

If you believe most on the Forum , the ref was probably surprised by the fact Nofoaluma made a tackle , thought we had an imposter on the field wearing his jersey ….....

People need to understand that the tigers are 3 players short of a full roster, plus injuries, plus Tui has disappeared. Would love a Shannon Boyd in the side!

Benji does it all the time, and it never works, we waste 2 tackles to get to where the kick would have found touch, another thing Benji does that is holding us back. :bash
