I agree with you more money is needed- I'm passionate about this needs to be improved. I can't answer why it hasn't happened in the past but I can answer why it should happen and confirm this is a conversation i am having with all four boards, I need to present a clear and concise plan for investment - there is a lot to be done here and this is the real key to our long term future success.

Hi Shaun thanks for coming on and discussing things with us fans it cant be easy but i guarantee its very much appreciated. The tone of some of the fans might be a bit off, though imo its only because for the life of Wests Tigers in particularly the past 15 years, there hasnt been a real avenue for us to go down to ask whats going on. Every owner we have had has been insulated, every admin unanswerable for the issues we have. Its just pure frustration. So thank you for your time. Your statement right there is my issue though. HBG have more money than Scrooge Mcduck. You shouldnt need to go looking to generate more money, any owner with more than 2 braincells to rub togeather would know we are one of if not the most underfunded team in the league and just write a blank cheque. They are a not for profit. Your working to generate more revenue streams to supplement more funds for us and the owners who should be funding us instead decide to buy a share in an A league side. Why, so they can make them the poverty team of the A league. Everyone knows the problem at the Wests Tigers is HBG, they havnt got a clue what theyre doing. My question is why cant you just tell HBG to dump more money in every year, they easily have it. Also what is being done to indulate the Wests Tigers from board instability at HBG. Its all quiet now, it was 12 months ago aswell before they decided to blow the place up. Also can you organise pay pal payment for memberships online. Thanks for coming on, imo you've been doing a great job since taking over.

I reckon he might have an inkling about general fan dissatisfaction. If all he sees is whinging instead of reasonably stated concerns or questions, I think he will devote his time to working towards his goals of improving the club instead of wasting it on the forum.

Last night was the first time that i went to a live game this season, as my wife has had cancer so we have to watch where we can go out, so sat with my kids and some mates all doggies supporters, so i watch the game so intently last night and from the kickoff we were not there mentally and so far behind in defense or attack and the only time we got fired up was with Twal incident and the latu tackle.

If anybody thinks that @ShaunMielekamp is going to provide anything other than corporate spin they are severely deluded....

He is part of the problem not the solution. It all stems from the owners and leeches its way through every nook and cranny through out the whole dumpster fire of a club.

HGB are accountable to no one !!! The lack of accountability flows through the other 3 boards, the West's tigers board, through the head coach, football department and on to the players.

Benji is the perfect example, in charge of everything but accountable for nothing. The last 3 months are beyond unprofessional, pathetic and embarrassing.

@ShaunMielekamp can't fix the problems because remember he was put there by the problem HGB.

Nothing will change at this club ever while the incidious, cancerous, incompetent and parasitic HGB own this club ........

That's the problem the clown show keeps on rolling on at the Top where the actual change is required !!!

Yep. And has it been any different with any coach? They have all suffered the same fate. No depth through the club and soon as the injuries kick in and fatigue we are exposed, and anything decent takes the cash and heads for the exit door.
As soon as managers started controlling the game we have been treated as a transition lounge and we have made it easy given the club continually works against itself.
Getting rid of Richardson demonstrated what lengths these faceless men/women will go to to protect self interest ahead of what's best for the success of Wests Tigers.
The coach what ever his name is has no hope of moving this team forward under the current administration - yet they trade on false hope of fans with the band aid solution of paying out coaches.
If the players have got the yips about the club despite their initial faith in Benji/ Richardson combo - cant wait to see what plan B is while they argue over the depth of colour on the jersey that no one wants to play for.
