It was a clear knock on, but here come the conspiracies

I reckon it was momentum and it went backwards. I don't even think the Roosters should have gotten the ball back after the SBW no try. He bobbled the ball into the cowboys players clear as day in an attempt to get it done. Lost ball, handover, possibly different ending. The refs get it wrong all the time, I'm over it.

Not to mention he dropped it cold but got a penalty that even put them in that field position

I also thought Lui knocked it on for his try off Mini's brainfart…..oh well wont stop the tinfoil brigade...

Not to mention the forward pass from Friend to put SBW over the line in the first place. But that's right we can't rule on a forward pass with the video ref hey!!!!

The League is Corrupt fullstop , Shaun Kenny Dowell (obstruction) no penalty to the Cowboys , SBW knocks on the halfway line says stripped replay shows drops it cold , JT gets hit late 3 times after his kicked the ball and no penalty . There is something going on?

Does anyone know wtf Freddie was talking about with Pearce about something to do with Newcastle? Was it just one of those boys club inside jokes no one else is suppose to get?

You're asking if someone knows what Freddie is talking about? Noone has ever had the faintest idea what Freddie is talking about ever!

Good signs from the Chooks to right the ship the way they did. Not many teams would have been to stay in the game in that situation.

Held his composure given the circumstances. I felt it was a very poor finish by the refs but I guess you can't let a team get 30 points in front and expect a rails run.

Still, can't help but feel a little sorry for the Cowboys.

Sorry Geo , but when was that a knock on ??

You can't knock it on with your torso , and if you want to class the torso part of his arm he lands on the ball , forced it

You can't take the rule both ways mate

Plus the torso rule went out two seasons ago

They were on a hiding to nothing, especially the video refs with that last call. ''Conspiracy'' was gonna be shouted from the rooftops either way.

I thought it came of his elbow first before he lands on it with his torso…happy

Don't see too many complaints about the blatant forward pass that lead to Gavin Coopers try. The poor old Cowboys got duded with that call too.

You'll argue the point till the cows come home !

You are right; there was a forward pass in the lead up to that try. And that was the only thing I saw that went the Cow's way in the second half - and I saw plenty that went the other way. Shocking rip off of the Cows tonight with so many decisions wrongly going against them.

And this all proves that the referees , no matter how many we stick on the field still get it wrong

But the more refs we have the more they can influence a game

Here's a question though

They can find a thousand angles to look at the SBW try , but then can only find two angles to look at the Feldt no try and one of those angles must be 40 metres away at least

I still couldn't tell whether his fingers were touching or not touching

The angle which would of been best to look at it wasn't even used ( in goal that is on the far sideline running parallel , surely it would of been facing the action ??

This is my whole point , it is too easy to contrive a result if you really want to

Before I'm accused of being part of the tin foil brigade again , the Cowboys blew it when they refused on the two occasions to take the point on offer

Is it also any coincidence that the Cowboys are also the smallest TV watching market ??

The Thurston no try from the Lui knock on at the end would have been given a Try if it was against the Tigers ..100% guaranteed !
