Kicks Wests bandwagonLOL - for just an " interested observer " you sure jumped on the kick Wests bandwagon pretty quickly. Its total bullshit that HBG exists only to destroy WT and bring back the magpies.
Benji doesn't strike me as someone who gives up, as for getting the arse it wouldn't surprise me if some of our good players have Benji clauses written into their contracts, especially the Mays.If benji really loves the club & there's still no improvement next season will he step down ? or should the club do what manly did to siebold early before 2027 is another write off season
The owners dont give the club any money, they aint going to part upwards of 3 million to Benji ...we are stuck with him for the long haulIf benji really loves the club & there's still no improvement next season will he step down ? or should the club do what manly did to siebold early before 2027 is another write off season

He mentioned in an interview last week that the events of last week were tough on hus family.Benji doesn't strike me as someone who gives up, as for getting the arse it wouldn't surprise me if some of our good players have Benji clauses written into their contracts, especially the Mays.
Would that be madness, look at management's track record.
I think this might happen in the off season to limit the media hysteria with a replacement announced at the same time .He mentioned in an interview last week that the events of last week were tough on hus family.
If we have a similar season next year, Benji is very much family first. If footy starts impacting his home life I can see him pulling the pin...
I was waiting for it, too. 🤦♀️Sorry did not realize until after i posted.
That's great for the dinosaurs that follow either team from last century. What about the rest of us who only follow Wests Tigers? The kids who see Skando, Hodgo, Benji, Fulton, Ellis as "tigers greats", not the ones with links to WSM and BT? There's a LOT of Wests Tigers fans who would probably walk away ...How’s this for a thought … split the Wests Tigers licence in two. Sell half to Easts Brisbane Tigers and half to Souths Logan Magpies. The new teams will be in Sydney regularly as visitors so local fans will be able to see them. As part of the deal some games would be played at Leichhardt and Campbelltown. Thoughts?
I dunno. Look at the money the same idiots have wasted on other coaches and players since they took over 😒The owners dont give the club any money, they aint going to part upwards of 3 million to Benji ...we are stuck with him for the long haul
And ladies soccer clubsI dunno. Look at the money the same idiots have wasted on other coaches and players since they took over 😒
All of your FACTS are opinions.Sadly as I have said before Benji is the last hope for this rabble. If the Benji experiment fails then the club must be folded asap, no other coach that is decent is going to come here FACT! No beginning coach would risk his career and reputation here FACT! If the experiment fails we lose a shedload of players yes some are not pulling their weight at the moment but the alternatives are far worse so we have no other option but to weigh in behind Benji and hope the club gets a set and provides him with decent help or the 15 year drought will become a famine if we are lucky to be around in another five years time. The NRL won't tolerate losers of this calibre too much longer when expansion is the key FACT!

But at least it would stop the sooking from both old teams.
I am sick to death of this stupid whinging and moaning about two teams that don't function in the NRL, all while destroying a current NRL team. It's beyond stupid!
Man! I need a coffee!!!
All in all, I'd rather your proposal than 27 more years of too much orange, we own you, Leichhardt is the magic potion, and Ben Elias and Blocker being called Wests Tigers *legends* 🙄🙄🙄
I'm so ready to walk away
Given the way the team has performed and the huge contracts some of these guys are on, it would be a blessing if the players walked if Benji was sacked. All of your FACTS are opinions.
I'm not necessarily advocating for sack Benji. I think only those inside the club would know if that is the right option. But will players leave if he goes? Can we get anyone else worthwhile? We don't know. I personally don't think any players would walk out if Benji left. And if they did, so what? We've seen players leave under his watch as well. I think it would be hard to attract a coach given our record but if they are given a healthy cap to work with and believe they can attract players, then they may well back themselves.
The NRL has tolerated our club being losers for over a decade. Why would that suddenly change now?
Insanity. It would make it a 3 way venture. What could go wrong. How’s this for a thought … split the Wests Tigers licence in two. Sell half to Easts Brisbane Tigers and half to Souths Logan Magpies. The new teams will be in Sydney regularly as visitors so local fans will be able to see them. As part of the deal some games would be played at Leichhardt and Campbelltown. Thoughts?
You are dreaming if you think a whole lot of players won't leave if Benji goes, the NRL are only tolerating the Tigers once the Benji experiment fails they can wash their hands of the whole disaster and say we tried but it didn't work. There are a lot better options that will come available for expansion, I hope I am wrong but as I said if nothing has changed by 2030 watch this space for the venture to be terminated. All of your FACTS are opinions.

Who would you want to see walk? I think Bula is on stupid overs. Luai also but he is already on his way out. There's a few others I'd like out of the joint but none others I think on massive overs (I think Averillo will prove to be also but don't want to write him off before he gets here).Given the way the team has performed and the huge contracts some of these guys are on, it would be a blessing if the players walked if Benji was sacked.
There will be some in the NRL that will be hoping that happens and the club blows itself up so then including a new side is a hell of a lot easier. The NRL I imagine now most definitely has a timeframe on the Tigers and that is ticking away, they can't keep carrying a useless product when another NZ, Qld team would provide so much more.Given the way the team has performed and the huge contracts some of these guys are on, it would be a blessing if the players walked if Benji was sacked.
