I for one doubt Benji as a coach and still have reservations but i willing to jump on the fact he needs to be congratulate on this job so far this year. And i am hoping he brings in a specialist kicking coach and better skills development personnel.

Benji clearly has some admirable traits.most particularly attracting loyalty and commitment from the coterie of players we retained.
Those that couldnt work with him and subsequently moved on have mostly under achieved,altho I wld have liked to have kept Stefano and/or Papali,who have both picked up their games as the season progresses.Maybe if they saw our progress this year they may not have headed out the exit door..tho both are premiership chances
What Id like to see is one or two qualified assistant coaches who are not former team mates...ppl who will have a potentially conflicting opinion,particularly in attack,to what were currently doing
