It seemed to me that the “game plan” rested upon relying on Rooster errors.Even that tactic of deliberately kicking it over the sideline so early in the game was a gutless tactic. It was highlighting the statement "we cannot beat you blokes so we will just play negative footy to hopefully avoid a flogging". The only way we would have been any chance whatsoever of getting close to the Roosters would've been by playing as attacking as possible.
IMO Kimmorley is just a temporary talking head who is being told what style to play and which players to select every week since his appointment as HC. So I wonder who would've instructed him to tell the players that negative, gutless gameplan?
At least they didn’t yawn when they got over the line.
