Coaches.

I would be happy for us to adopt something like Penruff with Sheens in Gus's position and perhaps Georgalis as coach

Jason Taylor could be an option going forward -anyone who could get the rabble that was souths to the finals and have parra win more then half their games surley can coach

The same bloke ejected from the cricket for well known reasons? The same bloke that didn't know when to leave Mad Monday celebrations? I think not, we would probably opt for someone with at least a little maturity. I'd rather have that poor old rambling vagrant Tommy, than Jason Taylor

Given we now have the Greek God on the coaching staff, I would imagine that he would be viewed as the long term replacement. Who knows, we will probably end up with Paul Fletcher given his stellar record with BRET

I'm just throwing this out there…... I know we all get frustrated with sheensy at times but in all honesty, with the exception of Bellamy, Bennett and hasler ( all of whom we are currently no chance of getting) are there actually any other coaches out there worth targeting? We have been through the lamb debacle and don't want to sink to thosewvels again. I can't really think of anyone but am more then open to suggestions???

Bellamy is a myth! I'm pretty sure the record books have him down for zero GF wins. He was a massive failure as the NSW coach and with slater, smith and cronk at the Storm my 9 year old niece would be a success as their coach.
Sheens may be crazy at times but he's still better than most other coaches out there barring Bennett and Hasler.

Jason give yourself a roundhouse kick to the head and take a couple of upper cuts from me . Bellamy coached Melbourne to their 3rd successive NRL grand final, but could not repeat the feats of the previous year as his side suffered defeat to Manly.
So far the Storm have not missed the finals in Bellamy's seven seasons at the helm as a result of their performances.
Craig Bellamy coached Melbourne Storm in their grand final win in 2009\. 2009 marked the fourth consecetive year Melbourne played in the grand final under Bellamy. Melbourne also reached the top four on the NRL ladder for the fourth consecutive year, under Bellamy.
Bellamy was named coach of the year at the 2009 RLIF awards.
