I was working over the weekend, and in Rockhampton from Monday early Monday morning until lateTuesday afternoon , working . So didn't have much time to do anything else. It was a good win, . I said that he deserved credit for his part in that.

At the start of the year I predicted 11th spot for the Tigers and said I thought 10-11 wins was attainable.

Were on track to meet that and maybe surpass that. Which to mine is a pretty decent season where players and coaches desevve sime credit. but not this great, brilliant masterpiece you are making out where we stand and bow down to everyone.

When people crow arrogantly, talking down their own teams performance because it doesn't fall into line with their hatred for the coach, and continuously be a wet blanket telling everyone that's praising the efforts after the Dragons and Eels games that ''those wins meant nothing, just wait till we play a good team'', you're damn right i will remind them of it. One thing i've noticed lately is how quickly the moral high ground gets taken when people are reminded of their arrogance.

I picked us to make the 8 pre season as did others. I think we've underperformed this year up until recently. Only on Sunday did I actually start believing they can do it. It is the only full game of committed footy we have played this season.

The Penrith game was pretty good… Almost an 80 minute effort there too from memory.
We've a long way to go in terms of consistency.... Though it's very hard in this comp to be very consistent... Both last year's grand finalists have had their ups and downs... Half of the eventual top 8 will have had inconsistent seasons.
I think I tipped them 10-13th....regardless of our eventual ladder placing I'm happy with the attitude. Toughness and resolve we are finally showing

Stryker,I thought they would finish about 9th /10th,however there were lots predicting bottom 4 finish,I dont really care what you predicted,it was the ones who said we would finish bottom 4 that I was refering to…cheers..

We really aren't that far away. If you do a ladder of the rounds since the Raiders game, we are sitting in the top 4, or just outside. We've won 8 of our last 12\. if we carry this attitude into next yr, we'll be a top 4 side, let alone top 8.

There is no guarantee that we will be a top 4 or even top 8 side next year, injuries can chop a talented team at the knees at any time. I'm interested in the now, the boys have the opportunity and potential to produce a fairytale in the next 2 months if they are committed and consistent. Go Tigers, take us long suffering fans on a rollercoaster into immortality!
