@cochise congratulations mate! That’s pretty lucky she’s basically a Tigers hall of famer now 😉

It was one of the things that excited me so much when he returned, my daughter was 4 months old when he finished up with us in 2013. It always sadden me a little that she missed that. I know that sounds dumb but he has always been a favourite of mine and he is just so great with kids. When he returned I was so happy to share that with her, she was so excited to meet him and he was so great with her. We were so lucky as we got the phots we took of them and then the club uploaded that one to their website and it is such an amazing picture.

Anyway I am rambling, I am looking forward to tomorrow so much, Benji deserves a great day!

@cochise lovely post man and I thoroughly enjoy the feel good stories involving benj, he always had a kind heart and deserved more recognition for being a good guy in a bad boy sport, so to speak, I bet your little one (assuming is the youngest haha) will be absolutely amped tomoz arvo if we can send BankWest into rapture, really for the first time!

Many, many passionate fans like you and I should be decking it out for this... to hell with the location debate about it being in Parra - surely it will be ours on this occasion. C’mon boys!!

@TieDye agree wholeheartedly, its one of the things that has impressed me this week, other teams fans coming out and saying what a great guy he is. Any dealing I have ever had with him have been absolutely first class.

I watched the Leaguelife story on Chris' return from injury today and he spoke about hearing the crowds reaction when he went on to the field in his return game. I want Benji to hear that tomorrow, to know what he means to the fans of this club, he deserves nothing less.

I lament what Sheens did with your spur of the moment brilliance after Prince left. We and you desperately needed another organizing halfback. We never got one, except for Lui who self destructed.

Congratulations Benji you are a gentleman. Thanks for the great memories ever since you played in your initial first grade game for Wests Tigers at Campbelltown Oval.

We will see today what supporter base this club actually has ... a huge milestone for any that has supported the club since the start . Benji is the player that put the Tigers on the map and probably the most loved player of all . So do the Tigers have fair weather supporters ..fine day .. Sunday arvo...a venue in the heart of the city ... free transport and a celebration of a club legend or will the opposition fan base celebrate for us ? Today will tell a lot of where our club is at on a number of levels today !

I remember catching a ball in row zz once at Cambo that Benji threw..

It was against Newy when he virtually single handed won us the game..
