You are right. I live in a locked down suburb as well. It's just based on case numbers. What sucks is it gets made out to be a rich vs poor or white vs migrant issue. It shouldn't be like that.

There are cases popping up in Greater Sydney every day outside of those in LGAs of concern and yet they have the same restrictions as parts of NSW that have never had a case. It makes your argument that those with less cases get less restrictions moot.

Great comment from Tony Blakey for need of the 70 to 80% vaccination rate to include children.

A good question from one of the journalists about Gladys grand plan to open up - what about our remote communities and access to specialists and hospitals? Gladys appeared quite flustered by that (as she should be).

Here in NSW we've the spinfest at 11am - we are showing other States with surging cases, don't get fixated on numbers, Delta is here, open up, great freedoms but it's time to bunker down!
