That's Mederna, so far Pfizer and AZ haven't been an issue. The booster doses will all be Pfizer for the time being.

All these arguments against vaccines are so tiresome. Essentially there are three reasons to argue against mass vaccination:
1 - You believe covid is not real
OR
2 - you believe everyone should just roll the dice with covid
OR
3 - other (i.e. even less well considered than the above)

By now I can tell you if you are still in category 1, there is no hope for you.
If you are in category 2, the risk of adverse outcomes from covid vs vaccines is not even close.
If you are in category 3, be thankful you are in a society where you can hold your fringe believes without consequences. That right is, ironically, protected by your government. Yes, the same government "oppressing" you.

No one would take these shots if there was a safer, more effective option. However, compared to covid they are many times safer, and compared to sticking your head up your backside, many times more effective. So yes, clotting, myocarditis etc... are real and can be scary - and still a million vaccinated people will be far better off (including these side effects) than a million unvaccinated people if they all caught covid.

At this point in time, if people haven't been vaccinated, it's because they don't want to for whatever reason (I couldn't care less about the reason), or they have a medical condition which prevents it (in which case I feel sorry for them). There's enough scientifically validated information out there to make an informed choice.

My sympathy equals a nice round figure for those who refuse to be vaccinated and then suffer the consequences of COVID. I've got a few friends in the US who opted for the shot, and they had many friends who didn't - one of those friends lost 4 work colleagues out of his station in June because they thought they were smarter and tougher than COVID - such a waste.

That’s my biggest fear come the 15th. It will become a pandemic of the unvaccinated just like it has elsewhere in the world. There could be hundreds of deaths around Christmas/New year leading to late January as a result.

Maybe. But let’s see what happens. No one here is Nostradamus. I avoid crowds cause of my mental health and I will continue to wear a mask as getting sick effects my gym gains lol

Currently in Europe the outbreaks are amongst the "clever unvaccinated" people.I feel a great deal of sympathy for those who could not be vaccinated due to medical issues but nowhere near as much for ones who chase rabbits and spread/believe lies

Whilst I'm strongly in favour of Covid vaccination, I have my doubts as to whether this approach will work. Particularly given the level of vaccine hesitancy in Austria.
