Really think it was thoroughly irresponsible of the NSW government to detail the December 1st concessions while the vaccine take up was still going well.

I'm less concerned about the really low vaccination rates the past couple of days because it was a Sunday and a public holiday. Hopefully it turns around today - i.e. people got vaccinated yesterday.

covidlive.com.au doesn't normally update the day's vaccinations until the following day which lead me to believe it could be the number for the actual day, not the previous 24 hours.

It is. I double checked it. The last report is for yesterday but clearly labelled as data as of 04 Oct 2021.

Its not silly at all Earl. I'm with you mate 100% and I'm pushing for your new world order. Lets tax the anti vaxers because they might cost us more, tax fat people, tax the handicapped, tax the elderly. Those that pay the most tax get the best medical care.

When the ambulance arrives at the hospital all you need is your medicare card, vaccine certificate and tax return.

This is the thing with international travel - you want to travel to anywhere in Asia, or Africa, and you need certain vaccinations. I don't see the COVID jab any differently in this context.

Unfortunately we are not allowed to holiday in certain states in our own country. They won't let us in.

Give me a break we have a Qantas voucher for purchased tickets over the last year for a trip to Cairns that was ruined by the morons in Queensland !
Never going there again …in the process of booking an overseas trip with the vouchers .
Can not trust anything Queensland hope they all go belly up Oh wait that’s already happening feel so sorry for the business owners though !

The vaccination rates are back up which is good. 89% 1 dose now. 94.96% over 50's have had one dose which is awesome.

Case numbers less than 600.

It'll be interesting what happens over the next month.
