Wife went to the doctors today and got her medical exemption. Doctor advised that 5 to 11 year old vaccination will be mandated next year, otherwise no school. As parents, how do you feel about this?
No difference to measles. Mumps rubella. Chicken pox vaccines...
Lots of rules kids and parents must abide by nowadays
Why is your wife exempt if u don't mind me asking.... And do u have kids?
Can’t disclose that. Sorry
I'm wondering why you even mentioned it then?
Testing the waters to see if you hate in the fact she is medically exempt as much as anti vaxers? Is she doing the wrong thing also by the vulnerable people in the world by not being vaxed?
This is a bit silly. If she should get a medical exemption I assume she will get one. No one is going to begrudge that.
I also mentioned previously though that I think a lot of people who want to get a medical exemption won't be able too. True Tiger fits that category. In his opinion he shouldn't get vaccinated but the medical opinion differs from his. He has also lost his job.
It's a big kick in the backside and it's pretty obvious he is on the wrong side of history. Honestly I feel sorry for the guy. He appears to be ruining his life on ideas that are basically fantasies.
Earl, I know you base your ideas on the science and facts. But I have learnt to keep and open mind. No one can predict the future and
What’s going to happen. There may be some truth to it. Too many unusual things are happening in the world atm. I’m just extra cautious and wary of what is being played out in the media. Not all scientists, doctors etc are ethical in there reporting and studies. Don’t get me
Started on governments
To me part of using science and facts and having a high burden of proof is to be open minded. I keep stating that we need to see what happens in 6 months time and even longer.
The thing is the science has stood up so well. Look at how NSW and Victoria have handled this delta outbreak. It's amazing. It's the best science because you make a prediction and it comes true.
I agree with your comments about doctors/scientists not being ethical. That is why I have a high burden of proof. I don't just want scientific peer reviewed research. I want scientific peer reviewed research along with exceptional data-sets.
The thing is all the anti-COVID arguments have really really really poor science behind them. I watched one of those videos that was posted on here and it may as well have been a fictional movie. I was expecting a link to a peer reviewed papers and quality data. It was fiction.
I've stated multiple times if we require booster shots every 6 months it's a win for the anti-COVID crowd. I don't think that will happen but the future will prove my future prediction right or wrong.
The problem is that we aren't even talking about that. There are still the arguments that COVID isn't real, the PCR tests don't work, the vaccines don't work and have all sorts of side effects. This is all nonsense.
