Cowboys v Sharks (Spoilers)

The best 4 teams all year made the last 4\. So I am happy with that. The next 4 teams were consistent all year. The remaining 8 were pretenders.

What did Thurston say? I missed that.
I'd be happy for Heighno if the Sharks won and that would be it.

something not very nice to the ref, check fox sports 4 it

Good win by the Sharks. Don't know who I'd like win the GF. I like what Ricky has done with the Raiders but I'm still not over 89\. Everyone in the shire is going to get lucky tonight

Thurston is the NRLs golden boy, gets away with what he wants. Even more so then Cam Smith.

Heighington looked like a spent force in his last year at the Tigers. Has played some good footy at Sharks. Good stuff.

Heighno has a new lease of life under Flanagan at the Shire. Amazing what a change of culture can do to revamp a career. Good luck to him, but don't come back here Chris, you will regret it.

The only player you'd like to see the Sharks win it for is Luke Lewis

Thurston might have a 10 k fine heading his way , those comments caught on air weren't great

He had every right to complain. It was, like so many others, a shocking decision.

Times starting to catch up with Thurston, still good, but starting to slide

You could tell from kick-off that the Cowboys were gonna be on the arse end of some dud calls- the NRL love their fairy tales…..and Cronulla may well be their team of choice this year. How the refs cannot see the Maloney pass for the Townsend try was 2 metres forward when the ref was no more than 4 metres away himself yet some eagle-eyed bastard can spot Matt Scott producing a knock-on so tiny that even the slo-mo replays couldn't detect it is beyond belief.

Sharks played a high tempo game that Cowboys simply couldn't keep up with .

Cowboys got gassed by the silly errors they made and the other question is how much of the Broncos game last week did it take out of them ?

Sharks played very smartly…..Gee what i'd do to have Valentine Holmes wearing our colours.

On the positive side at least the Raiders are a development club like us. They obviously play a style that is very hard to not like as well. Complete opposite of Melbourne. Cant begrudge them their success.

I was going to say it last week but thought i would watch him again this week before making a call, but Coen Hess can not tackle to save his life.

Well done sharks. Better team won on the night. I reckon the sharks are due, and Gallen and Ennis deserve a grand final win.

Sharks fans mocking the viking clap last night. Not sure where all the new found arrogance has come from from everyone involved in the club. Players and supporters.

Gallen deserves nothing. A drug cheat. Should probably consider himself lucky to still be allowed to play in the NRL, I dare say if the NRL was an organisation with any semblance of integrity he would of been outed from the game.

Runs hard, plays hard. Inspirational leader. Id take him any day.

You might want to rub out half of the NRL players then.

Why's that? Have half the players in the NRL been convicted of using banned supplements ie: drug cheat? That's interesting.
I don't doubt he plays the game hard but I'd prefer a player who doesn't have to resort to that type of cheating to enhance his performances. Considering how long Field and McGuiness were out of the NRL for, just for using recreational drugs, Gallen and his shonky mates from the Sharks got off extremely lightly.

Yes it's palpable isn't it? I used to like the Sharks and as the only NSW team left in the comp I would love to be supporting them, but this new found, all round arrogance has put me right off I'm afraid. Canberra and even Melbourne don't seem to have that same type arrogance surrounding them.
