And (not for the first time) it's up to the Aussie tail ...................

A massive breakthrough for South Africa!

Steven Smith falls for just 3 after playing a needless pull shot, with Matthew Breetzke holding on after a juggling effort at midwicket.
That's the seventh time Rabada has dismissed Smith in international cricket! AUS - 229/6 (83)

And I almost forgot Marnus from last night
Terrible shot to play at that stage of the game
He and Smith arguably our most experienced Test batsmen getting out to low percentage shots
Take a good look and lesson from Boland ....the No 10 batsmen

Like a pull / hook shot would be the hardest shot to play with an injured neck
Just complete stupidity

TEA on Day 5.
South Africa take 2 key wickets, but Australia are holding on so far
Australia are 253-6
South Africa need 4 more wickets

Gutsy 40 by Boland ....it took an absolute peach to knock him over

[tiger_one]

Wiaan Mulder strikes again, bowling Pat Cummins with another sharp nip-backer!
Australia are eight down, and South Africa are now just two wickets away from an innings victory to level the series.
AUS - 262/8 (97)

NINE DOWN!!
Starc goes for 11 b: Rabada
Australia are 290-9 - still trailling SA by 36 runs
South Africa need 1 more wicket to win

Got to be frustrating for Boland. Takes 5 wickets, bats for 166 balls work his arse off, has to watch several batsmen get out to dopey attacking shots. And now with the lights coming on and 36 behind, Starc plays a stupid hoik and gets bowled. Boland’s heroics could have earnt a draw if others showed his diligence and determination. Instead we’re going to lose by an innings. Zero fight some of these guys. World class when it’s rolling their way but no grit under pressure.
