You just have to look at how the Indians reacted when they dismissed Warner.

I wonder if the thirteen people in attendance realise they might be witnessing history?
@happy tiger said:Thoughts on the Ashes squad and Haddin being made vice captain ??
Personally would of taken Mitchell Johnson , but they don't have much to choose from other than who they picked
@Cultured Bogan said:Gayle is a freak. 100 off 30 balls… Shame he couldn't replicate that in the BBL here.
On the Ashes side, this proves once again that the selectors aren't willing to pick and stick with young players who have the ability, but not necessarily the consistency in their formative years in international Test cricket. Haddin was unceremoniously dumped for Matt Wade whom was hailed as the future and now he's back in the side? I would have thought that the thought process should have been that whomever plays in England should be in the team for the Australian leg... Haddin has shown great form in T20, but his form in his last stint in Test cricket was abhorrent, including his glovework.
Terribly thin on consistent batsmen, however I think we've picked a pretty good bowling attack, especially since Johnson hasn't been picked. There's going to be a few good pacemen missing out on matches over there. Hopefully Harris stays fit also.

Personally would take Johnson on the premise that if he was in good form going into the Tests he could win one of his own back for us and he is likely to get conditions that will suit him in England
If he can get accustomed to the Duke ball , who knows
Only taking one spinner ??????
