should i use Aiden Blizzard or David Hussey in the next round of bbl fantasy

Blizzard, he's an opening bat so will get a better chance to score points.

But the Melbourne Stars play twice this round.

In that case Hussey. I haven't look at the games yet.

so i will switch Ross with Stoinis and Blizzard with Hussey. And should i keep Kallis or put him on the bench?

Funny thing is Mel seems to be less offended by it than a lot of the public are.

Pretty much.

I thought it was classic watching Mr. Hot Stuff get rejected on live prime time television. She shut him down big time.

And that's where it should have been left. Mark Howard reading out the Ch10 statement on air escalated it further and it snowballed from there. Mel is probably more annoyed about the attention it's received than the incident itself.

You blokes seen this?

Indian teenager belted 1000 runs off 300 odd balls.

Yeah they made 1400-odd and bowled the opposition out for 31, seems like a good standard of cricket! Surely a paralytic Dad somewhere has scored more than 1009 playing backyard cricket against his 5year old nephews? That would hold as much weight as this young fella's innings in India as far as official records go you would think.

This whole Gayle thing should only be an issue if he is married

This his wife should kick him in goolies for the next 2 years

Life goes on

What was that female journo doing going into the men's dressing room if she did not expect to see some goolies? But Gayle should have been more careful before exposing - sort of giving a wink/hint of what may be coming with an approving smile from her. What kind of sandwich was she after.

Team announced for 1st ODI tomorrow:

Warner
Finch
Smith
Bailey
Maxwell
M. Marsh
Wade
Faulkner
Paris
Boland
Hazlewood

Plenty of clout with the ball there (feel for Richardson a little though,) if the Indians strike early would could be in the proverbial though with the bat.

Always handy to have Faulkner in there, this generation's Bevan.

Interesting start to the ODIs…
Great power hitting by Sharma and Koli and an even better run chase by Smith and Bailey. Should be a tight series.

doesnt matter how good your batters are if your bowlers can't back you up.

great batting stuff from all.

australia really thin on bowling without jonson, starc and harris/siddle. big task for hazlewood and faulkner.

Yeah our bowling was ordinary outside of Hazlewood. India always looked 30 runs short at least with only 3 wickets down. Probably a good game to bat 2nd. Smith is just amazing. Looking at his career when they showed in during the coverage he struggled at first but now just cranks out tons for fun.

I think the big weakness of the Aus team was shown today. The middle order runs deep, but if we fall into early trouble, we're done. Had Bailey been given out first ball, we are 3/20 odd, and need 290 to win. Smith can play the anchor, but the likes of Maxwell, Marsh, Wade and Faulkner are probably not going to save the game for us, they all have tendencies to throw away their wickets.

I would either bring Marsh in at 5, and drop one of the all rounders (or give them more bowling responsibilities and drop a bowler), or bring Paine in to open the batting for Finch, then put Marsh in at 5 with Wade also making way.

We had a call go our way today and were good enough to turn it into a win, but that could have been ugly.

Your right MM

We need another purely recognized batsmen at 5

I reckon Lehmann might be starting to get quite impatient with Maxwell and the soft dismissals
