I know its been said before but Neser probably plays 100 tests if he was around 15-20 years ago (or if he was 20 now). Unlucky. Stuart Magill of this era

Yeah Ness can bat too. There is a few of them around, Boland would have played a few more tests to i reckon. It’s all about timing sometimes, there’s only 11 spots and you need to be performing when a spot opens up or you can miss out completely.

Aust A batting same top 4 but in different order with McSweeney opening and Konstas at no 4 .Well its as clear as mud McSweeney fails in his first dig as opener (14)and Bancroft
fails again ! ( 3) .So at stumps Harris and Konstas at the crease .
India A all out 160 Aust A 2-53

Missed 1st ODI ( Head ,Marsh and Hazelwòod )
To miss 2nd ODI ( Head ,Marsh )
To miss 3rd ODI ( Head Marsh ,Cummings ,Starc ,Hazelwood ,Smith and Labuschagne )
Our squad for the 3 T20's contains no test stars
They are squeezing 6 white ball matches into 14 days but leaving almost the whole of January free for our guys to play franchise -BBL -cricket

Smith has already confirmed he will be dropping back down the order, and yes these games prior are all a trial for the vacant opening position.
I think after this knock Harris will have his nose in front.

Our ODI batting is so fragile
When we won the world cup we opened with Warner and Head both rapid scoring power hitters and then came Marsh another power hitter !
Now with McGuirk and Short both very fragile and then Smith who took 10 balls to get off the mark and keeps hitting ball to the field.
For once Inglis got a lowish score and Hardie is not a power hitter out for 14 off 29 balls
Our batting failed in game 1 with Cummings saving the day
Our batting failed in game 2 with Cummings in in the 26th over !!!!!
Seems the Cricket Australia selectors don't give a damm
Same 2 at the crease that pulled off the miracle in Mumbai against Afghanistan
Maxxy plays on so at 7-129 we are going to lose

We follow up our shocking form with the bat (all out 163 with 15 overs left )
with a terrible form in the field
Miss fields ,drop catches , 5 wides 4 overthrows, no balls
This guy Aaron Hardie cant bat ,miss fields ,bowls 1 over of rubbish goes for 14
McGuirk who always gets out withi 3 overs also miss fields
This is an embarrassing thrashing
Worst performance in many years !
