Good decision. His confidence was shot and he was a walking bunny for Lyon. Leach scored 92 against Ireland as a nightwatchman, so they probably don’t lose much with the bat. Archer will come in as well, so they look like having a new look attack.

I didn’t think they’d go Siddle and Hazlewood together. Unless we were a few tests up and going conservative.
I thought the selectors would have been playing a strike bowler to blast out batsmen. In case we needed to change tack if the containment type bowlers weren’t taking wickets.
Seeing that most of the English batting line up is more comfortable in Lmt overs cricket. I can also see the selectors logic in trying to frustrate them over four days.
I guessing that Cummins will be an opening bowler rather than a change bowler.
