They’re still swinging for the fences, you got to admire their will to commit to Bazball. Wish the Tigers could stick to a game plan that well.

Not incorrect, he is what they think is their premier spin bowler that also suits bazball. Comprehend? Doesn’t mean I think he is a premier spin bowler.
Now come the last day and the pitch is turning and oh you’re so tedious full stop.

Yeah well you have to be patient and choose the right balls to go after over there. Australia proved earlier this year how tough it is.
This mentality of getting bat on pretty much every ball will backfire on lively pitches.

No sorry, but @Tucker says that was a stupid comment.
Jokes aside, yeah and they bowl last, but root is handy especially against us. Still loosing ya main spinner will be in Stokes head, and with his decision making around declaring it will be interesting to see how it plays out.
Still we need 3 wickets before they score 270, every run over 269 will hurt our decision to bowl first.
 
Yes, certainly a surprise to me they are all out. Interesting though that they held on to that high run rate all the way . Bazball eh.
We could have had them on toast if we’d caught better, 5 chances inc Brook on 5, ouch.
Anyway, first session tomorrow critical to final outcome.

He is who they have pick to be their number one Bazball spinner after Leech was out, so the fact that he may be injured for the remainder of this test would be a hindrance to them. Anyway you late in the convo and I was messing with stupid comment dude for the fun of it. 😜
 
I reckon Murphys effort with a couple of wickets (and he bowled em) will give much needed confidence to both Pat and Murphy around his bowling and where and when to use him. I could see the disappointment when he dropped that catch but you could also see the relief on his face after having a couple of good wickets in his pocket. I hope he kills it in the next innings.

I'm not invested in your argument with tucker, just point out that Leach is their first choice spinner.
