Took a break from the forum but must congratulate Warner and Marsh on a 259 run opening stand in 34 overs .Wow best power hitting I've seen .
Pity the rest of the batting so poor
Warner 163 + Marsh 121 + extras 23 = 307 out of 9/367 so other 9 batters contributed 60 between them !
No reason we can't go on charge now 5 games winnable only NZ tough one

It was a great win for Afghanistan,it was well deserved and good luck to them for the rest of the tournament except when they play us.

Yep they just proved the last upset was no fluke, how many wins before we stop thinking of them as underdogs every game?
I nearly backed them for the win, I had a feeling against Pakis. But one of those anti gambling adds came on the tv and told me I was more than likely gunna loose, the tv jinxed me.

Their Coach is Johnathon Trott former pommy batsmen. He has that serious look in his eyes, I reckon he has sharpened them up and now with some results they are starting to believe they are good enough to win big games if they all play well. Great to see another country playing and now winning at cricket.
