Dominated the 20's game. Set up two tries scored another. Should be at lock instead of Anasta next week.

yep, was obviosly a class above everyone else on the field.
first 20 odd it looked like he played back row (and was exceptional in the position). Last 20 he played he mainly moved to 5/8, probably to lower the workload.
Geeze it was good to be able to shout the Sirro name!

Our current use of the 13 is more like a running forward rather than a play maker (Third Prop). If Curtis doesn't come in at the halfs it will either be at 11 or 12.

On young Sirro - his class is obvious and it wont be long before he demands a spot in first grade again.

Yeah, get some match fitness up first, see how his confidence and form is, and then re-assess.

Young Curtis is a great talent and has a massive future. Give him a few more games to get fit before he goes to the NRL side. I don't know if was a class above Luke brooks.

He won't be getting anastas spot. He can have ed pettybournes spot. That bloke looked like a souths reserve grader.

Psh, give pettybourne a break. 1 bad game and you want him out? What if potsy had said that about benji round 1? He can play, he showed us that with the souths and in round 2 when he got a solid run. Everyone can have a bad game, if we play well next week and pettybourne STILL struggles and curtis rips up holden cup, then we can think about it.

sorry, i didn;t mean put him straight into 1sts. His shoulder was iced after the game and he needs to get full confidence in his body but he will be a regukar in firsts very soon.
& I think he was notably above Brooks. Brooks' kicking was exceptional but he is still obviously very young. Pretty obvious that he has the ability etc. to be a firstgrader but not there yet. Other than recovering from injury, Sirro is there now.

I suspect Curtis may well see a bit of time in State Cup barring a host of injuries in first grade. With Marshall, Farah, Miller, Anasta, Fulton and Moltzen, we have more than enough ball players in the side right now. Grunt is what we need. Sirro's time will come again though.

Good to hear he's back. Thought he played really well last year. Unfortunatly, its another backrower, not a prop. we need size. Good to see him back on the park.

Didn't catch the game but its great to hear he went well on his return. Love to see him stay injury free and hit 1st grade soon.
