What simplistic rubbish TT. This whole thread is based on someone reading a DT fictional piece (first mistake) and then trying to understand or interpret it (second mistake), then using it to create a topic here (third mistake).

If mods still exist on here, just close this rubbish and save the embarrassment of the rest of us, please.

There you go again, you must be brain dead to keep grandstanding when someone offers an opinion...Lauren was just saying something about mental toughness and I also gave an opinion why mental toughness is important...
calling for mods to close a thread that wasnt abusive or swearing, really ....GROW THE HELL UP....

There is a function at the top of all threads called the ignore function..

You simply click on it and never again have to view topics/threads that have no interest to you..

Hope that helps..

I did and I gave it the green thumb. For the record, I also think @Lauren is a wonderful contributor here. Comments are reasoned, intelligent and articulate.

I admire Lauren heaps,we have had many conversations on here and I respect her opinions as I do others,I merely pointed out that it is not just skillset and talent that wins games, you must be mentally tough to handle the top line games week to week ....thats what they get paid for...as far as the DT goes,I couldnt give a rats about their opinion,Laurens, yours are more in reality than theirs...hope that clarifys things a bit more....
