Daniel Moroko - Tigers interested

A very small piece of info in today's Sun Herald. Apparently Daniel Moroko from the Sharks is off contract, he's a highly rated junior (wing/centre) and the Tigers and Eels are both showing interest in him.

Given we have the likes of Koroibete, Nofoaluma, Asipeli Fine, Matt Evans and others coming through the NYC, this sounds a little perplexing, but he's obviously well rated.

I thought he might of been the son of that Great wrestler from the 80's the 'Magnificent Moroko'!, seriously though his dad did play for the Panthers, Magpies & ended his career at the Sharks.

Was involved in one of the greatest matches ever with Jimmy Superfly Snuka for an intercontinental title at MSG in 1983 ??

Famous for Snuka flying off the top of the cage Many of the former stars say this attracted them to professional wrestling (Dreamer ,Mick Foley etc etc etc)
