Yep. And who cares how thr split was handled if it leads to success. Pretty sure the way Jennings, DWZ and some of the other contracts at Penrith were let go wasn't perfect but because they won and won and won, no one cares now and haven't donefor a long time.

I would also suggest more is going on behind the scenes too, based on the way Richo has hit the ground running since January 2024, working from a hospital bed.

How many teams have put 40 odd points on the Panthers in the last however long?

I would suggest most of that side have debuted at that club, under that coach

With our massive junior base I don't know why we can't find backs similar to the build of these guys, seems like forever since we have had any.

Why do they do it?
I’m pretty sure most coaches can reach boiling point when they see it. Munster gets away with it because he is seriously looking for a hole or runner. When our guys are crabbing they look like the under 7s.
