David Nofoaluma #164

The other sixteen played brilliantly that day, shame Nof was so off his game. 🤔

With all the returning of the ball from them putting 4 tries past him, They didn't get much of a chance with the ball...

How long did it take for Payten to expose him - Under a minute wasn't it?

No need to address the actual comment mate - It was a real "Western Suburbs" type performance
from a Magpie Junior for Tommy against the cows mate....
Congrats BB, you made me go back and re-live the ‘highlights’ of last years loss to the cowboys (I suggest you have a quick look too)

Four tries came down Noffs edge. The great wingman could be found at fault on possibly two of those. Both involved kicks -
- Firstly, a kick in behind by Drinkwater which Dave clearly thought was going to be passed out to the winger and he was therefore slow in turning and chasing.
- Secondly, right on halftime he was isolated by a high kick into the corner. Forced to jump from a back peddling situation while a charging Murray Taulagi leapt high to claim the ball (hardly a hanging offence)

The other tries down our right side were not Dave’s fault. The first try saw Wests hopelessly caught out by a shift from inside Cows quarter. Nof was confronted by three on one.

Another break saw Roberts caught infield with Liddle defending at centre. Outside Lids, Nof was confronted by a two on one.

Go and have another look. The whole right side was at fault from Joffa, Doueihi, Roberts and beyond.

Apparently Roberts and Nof being confronted by a four on two is the wingers fault. Seems to me Payten exposed Maguire. North Queensland exposed the Wests Tigers .., and I my friend Mr batboy, have exposed you 🤣🤣🤣1659050052613.jpeg

Mate
- If you actually went to the games instead of your Massey hold hands and chant with those 4 other blokes - You'd know what the rest of us were talking about...

Been terrible for years... Been exposed for years - The whole competition and most of their fans know it.... It's a running joke.
Our coaching staff and players he's played with previously are all aware of it.
Isn't smart enough to rectify it - Despite publicly acknowledging it - More than once....

There is nothing in most of your post that isn't divisive between the foundations of the club
- This garbage included

Oh, so suddenly you don’t want to talk about the one game you zeroed in on.

What the hell is divisive about defending a bloke who’s played 175 NRL games for Wests?

Yes - It is his fault.... Not wholey and soley but he's very much to blame.
Those internal collapses don't happen inside Brett Morris...
The inside Blokes are looking inside, They don't know what's going on outside
- Wing is the eyes and voice out there...
Much like a Fullback should be!!

He defends running backwards most of the time - The most ineffective OB in the comp.
He's been let go down there by his superiors for a reason mate -
He's been dropped numerous times, By Numerous coaches for a reason mate.....
If you can't see it....
Maybe the Bus to Terrigal is the wrong one.

Nobody answers the question about evidence or source of info

He was dropped from the leadership group earlier this year
- Because his current behaviour wasn't that of a leader...

Comment was made to media from the club at the time.
I could find the others (If I cared)
However I feel, You'd ignore those as well...

Surely the 175 games and 10 years at the club you keep referring to
Be a fair old reason to get dropped from the leadership group - By the Higher ups and the group itself?
Ignore it all you like - I can promise you this....

It didn't happen because the boss was bored.

Yes, the winger needs to be in-sync with his inside men. You say Nof defends running backwards - that of course is often the best course of action when as in the examples from that Nth Qld game, your faced with two or three to handle on your own. Wingers are very much damned if they do, and damned if they don’t in so many situations - come in and arrive late and your a goose. Stay out and let the centre stroll over and your a goose. Play for a decent period of time and it’s pretty easy for the haters to stock pile a number of examples of when the winger got it wrong.

Mate he’s occasionally been dropped, he seems to have had some issues with attitude this year (following the head knock) - but he’s a ten year player with our club. He’s one of the most capped NRL wingers in the comp and Bellamy clearly thinks he has something to offer.

All I’m saying is he deserves a bit of respect.
Mind you, given my conversations with you on this forum, I’m not sure you give anyone much respect 🥴

- His attitude has been an issue for a number of years.
- He's been Dropped as far back as Jason Taylor dropping him, Possibly before...
- He was Bellamys 3rd choice - From the club coming last..
- Poor form is temporary, poor attitude is a personality issue...
One which David has had over a number of coaches - Over a number of years.
I find it easy to respect players without personality issues..

As for our conversations, If you weren't always pushing your Magpies barrow and your gentle abrasiveness around any little "anything" you can make your Ants nests over....
I doubt we'd have any issues.
“Gentle abrasiveness” - not something I’d ever accuse you of batboy 🤣

As for “pushing the Magpies barrow”, yes it’s true, I come from that side of the equation but we’re all Wests supporters here. You might want to read back over some of your anti Magpie comments before throwing stones about heritage bias.

Me also. He seems to be getting rid of our speed bumps. Sheens and Farah are gone in 2 years when Benji apparently becomes head coach. I’m still having trouble visualising that?
the "hail mary" coach - it will be exciting if we always win but we know we won't lol

I don't have any "anti Magpie" bias at all....
I have a Wests Tigers Bias - The only Magpies bias around here, Comes from the likes of you...

The Magpies don't exist to me.... I'm not local and don't have time to follow the Juniors as thoroughly as the senior grades....
I appreciate the name of our reserve grade side
- But it's ressies... Always has been - Even when there was 2 reserve grade sides...
I support the club.

The only issue I have with the Magpies - Is blokes like you jamming anything and everything down everyone elses' throat like it's new religion....
Any mention of a former club, slip of the tongue or whatever.... It's a big deal.
It means absolutely nothing to anyone but a very small minority of people, Who have carried the same agenda since forever....
And if they're honest - They would love nothing more than the death of the Wests Tigers....
It's been quiet for the last few years -But seems to be slowly raising it's head again.
And that's ****ing annoying.
You seem to have made plenty of assumptions about me and my motives batboy.

As for - “blokes like me jamming anything and everything down everyone’s throat ... “ Mate, I’m just having my say like everyone else. I’m not jamming anything down anyone. Surely the forum is here so all us Wests supporters can voice an opinion? Real sorry they don’t always mirror your view of the world, but what can I tell you.

I do attempt to voice my opinions in a light hearted and good humoured manner - but if you want to keep digging in the short stuff, I’m always up for the challenge of clearing the fence.
