Do they practice tackling?

Every game we miss at least 20+ tackles. It's abysmal and we will be lucky to win another game defending like this.

you can't defend speed without it.

Sure the team in general can be bad but he is just pathetic at times.
They then swap him from side to side trying to confuse the opposition but it just makes our combinations suffer.

Sirro was the worst offender and as cnx states he might lack some speed with the end result being he will always be a liability out wide.

Sirro worst? Benji made 9 missed 6\. You will never ever see B Marshall lop Frankie Prtichard 1-1 around the legs.

Oh Chris Heighingtons wonderful cover defense for Inu's try, involving running behind Sirro to cover for God knows what. Or Joel Reddy's pat-on-the-back efforts against Tahu last time around.

They need a proper defensive coach. Not only does the technique seem suspect but the opposition usually gets much fast play the balls than we do.

And there is usually no line speed.

Individually they are sometimes okay but just don't seem to be capable of hunting together in defence.
