Like someone else said it's not exactly a Mbye problem - and similar to Nofo's current grievances - but rather it's a club problem.
It wouldn't happen at the Storm. You wouldn't see anyone kicking up stones or publicly declaring how someone specifically is letting the team down.
In fact there's a couple of their players that have been told they're not in their future plans of the club, yet both have continued to be pillars in the team. Upholding the standards driven by the coach and values by the club....then there's us.
Understand there's multilayered/multifaceted complexities with managing the club and we have certain barriers or limitations in recruitment, but greater attention needs to be paid on forging our identity and performance culture. Players like Brandon Smith, Cam Munster and Angus Crichton IMO would undoubtedly transform our culture.
This is what I hate about our club, it appears we've no one steering the ship (on most levels) and not handling everything accordingly. We've brushed over past issues and it's why everything easily becomes a cluster f.
Winners are grinners. There would be players at Melbourne would have never experienced what it is like to lose more than you win. Just like players here who have never known what it takes to win more than you lose and play semi final footy.
