Does Farah come in?

I have no doubt whatsoever that Farah knows who's behind all this, because its him. He was talking about Wests Tigers,. That includes the team. They certainly don't seem to miss him.

2 lies in here. Well done.
I am fully aware you don't comprehend the situation but please don't make it so easy to point it out.
…oh and you better check with Mitch because I saw a player on the weekend who was drowning and would have loved to have someone of Farah's calibre to help out. Without Brooks and Ted he NEEDS Rob.

p

No one needs Rob - least of all Moses.
Even his not so good games are better without Rob.

Get over Rob love fest - he is gone.

I do not think this is personal with JT. He is picking the team he thinks can get us to the last eight with all things considered. If we don't make it, it has been a mighty effort from a young team that was expected by many on here to collect the spoon.

LOL talk about an each way bet.
What a coward's post.

One of the spoon boys a Stryker!!! Lol

Of course it's not personal :roll
It's that, and the clubs grab for money . But whatever we think it is, Taylormust be wishing that he'd waited till after the semis to pull this crap on, he's run himself into a corner.

Tiger Torch who obviously has inside info on this whole ordeal, said in one of his last posts, that Farah was dropped for not listening to Coachs instructions, follow orders and you'll be sweet with your Coach.
I'm still not sure if Taylor is the right person for the job,but I know undermining a Coach won't get you far and I'm filthy that Robbie wouldnt tow the line.

There it is right there.
You support the team? And how is that, without supporting the coach and management structure that keeps the team on the paddock? The coach has made a conscious decision to structure the team in a certain way. Many on the team have stated that they buy into that decision. Except one, poor bloke.

What's with the "that's it right there"
I've made no secret that I don't support Taylor as the Coach or the admin that are part of
The bungling treatment of Farah , so it's no big revelation .
So don't tell me that I cannot support the team without supporting those idiots.
Il support anyone I bloody well want to. And if that is only the players, well bad luck to the rest . You are not the judge of what or who can be supported here
And if you get the idea fromWhat Farah said , that he was meaning the players, then you seriously need to get your ears checked , among other things.

Never mind. You don't get it and you won't get it. Enjoy the rest of the season.

According to ET, Farah WAS doing what the coach wanted, that's why he (ET)couldn't understand what they were doing, it was a quote , not a reporters opinion.
He was on the field
And was not worried about any repercussions from Taylor.
Maybe he knows something about where he'l be next season, so he wasn't worried about towing the line.
ET also said that we need Farah there.
But what would he know?

Two concerning quotes in the Telegraph article -

"We will sit back and watch while he doesn't get selected on his merits"

"He also won't be going anywhere without his entitlements and this is being monitored very closely by a lot of people"

Bad for our club this matter involves one of our greats and has been handled so poorly form the start. The SMH article back in 2015 eluded to players being picked on merit.

It's about money and the salary cap.

And you know this as truth - enlighten us all.

Enlighten yourself, buy the Telegraph and read it -

Money not form keeping Farah out: Ayoub by Matt Logue

You get excited easily P&C.
First line: "Thats the opinion of Farah's manager Sam Ayoub…."
Third line: "Ayoub believes........."

Nothing to see here folks. Just another BS opinion piece. The usual suspects stirring the pot, trying to make WT look bad in the media. RF loves Wests Tigers.

Farah will never play first grade again with the WT….he and his manager should accept that and just move on....the team certainly has moved on from Farah now its time he does too

Called me out?
Some concepts are easy, some not so. The concept of team has been around a long time.
I have little doubt that RF has friends within the 1st playing group. However by referring to the club as they, he is distancing himself from everyone, coach, 'cronies' and yes the playing group because they are endorsing what the coach is doing and the direction the club is heading.
To some, it indicates a 'me first' attitude rather than a 'team first' attitude.
If you want to, you can pick it all to pieces and say he was only distancing himself from the coach and his cronies and not the team, but that is flawed. If the rest of the first playing group is buying in to the new direction and the coaches plans, the team become part of the 'they' that RF refers to. And RF is distancing himself from the 'they' that represent that new direction, he is distancing himself from his team mates.
You enjoy the season too telltails.

See….he could have said the following after the infamous match:

"Had a good chat with chat with coach and identified some things I need to address. I am disappointed to be playing State Cup, but I understand where the coach is coming from and I need to put my head down and produce performances that can put me back in the frame for first grade. I was happy with how I played today so will hopefully sit down and talk it over with the coach this week."

Compared to:

_"I feel I am getting treated differently to some others," Farah said.\
\
"I will continue being professional and try and keep my mouth shut and try not to do anything wrong because I think that is what they are trying to get me to do. But I think I am a bit smarter than that."_

Very interesting debate on topic, what I had said previously during this discussion, that I agreed with CBs comment regarding RF not being in first grade, was made not on JTs presumed dislike for him or any misdemeanors that I'm aware of on RFs behalf but more so on the facts that we have been building a platform for 2017 and beyond by developing our younger talented players, the whole club is heading in the right direction as far as the business and team go..Robbie has been great for this club as a captain and player,he must also realise he is getting older as the game gets quicker with many changes happening year to year regarding rules changes and playing structures…I have never said at anytime that Robbie shouldn't get his money,he has to because he is entitled to it,however,if he earns it playing reserve grade sobeit..It is interesting also to see that Ennis will hang up his boots and retire at seasons end,he has had many a battle with Robbie in the NRL and SOO level regarding the hooking role..Ennis has chosen to go out gracefully knowing he has given a lot to the game and clubs he has played for.....I wish him all the best for his future undertakings, and hopefully I can congratulate Robbie on a very fine career when he leaves the game gracefully. ..I often look back at the years when I played in the Riverina, and wish I could still be having great games and times,AGE has got the better of me,but I still have the wonderful memories of a wonderful time in my life.....cheers ...

And yet some can't comprehend why he's not getting picked. Maybe it was form and cohesion in the beginning, but its highly ignorant to think those comments haven't played a role in why he hasn't been back. Whether the comments were justified or not, you can't say them in public and only a weak club would ignore them and pick that player again. Unless Farah apologised, and quite frankly the side doesn't need any more distractions, so it would not even be worth it.

You form your opinion on the same stuff that we all read - some agree with you - but you have a problem accepting that your interpretation of things is not shared by all supporters
You got called out because you questioned the validity of a supporter simply because they don't agree with you.
I am trying to enjoy the season like a do every year- but it's not easy

I agree that my post questions the validity of GCT as a supporter, however that was not my intent and for that I apologise.
My intent was to highlight to the exclusivity of saying I support the team and I support RF. That so, when RF has effectively excluded himself from the 'they' that includes the team. And yes that is my opinion.
