Does Fletcher and potter play similiar game plans ??

Just a question ,do they play a similiar game plan in our NSW Cup side ??

Reason I ask , while the young fellas are keen as mustard and busting their butts ,they seem lost with the game plan when they step up

While this isn't unusual for nervous young blokes , I would hope that they are playing a similiar style so the step up is relatively more simpler than some wildly different set ups

That said , with the 9 we have in state cup I guess that isn't easy either

That is true Happy, they mostly seem to have a blank expression on their face, they're bunched and they certainly don't time their runs very well or ask many questions with decoy runners etc.

The exception to this though has been Sue. He seems to be very willing and focussed on what he needs to do - which makes him stand out a bit!

They are similar from what I have seen.

Problem is our NRL sides most common line is "we got away from our game plan" and it is true. One or two things go wrong and it is catch up football time

I guess the real difference is the step up in speed and quality,

So everything is done faster, and is precise.

Probably similar game plans, but a step up none the less.

It will be short term pain for long term gain.

Also potter does have individual game plans for the team you are playing each week.

Yes they have the same plays but not necessarily same game plans. One coach can get his team to folllow the game plan one can't.
One team is organised and has set moves that involve decoy runners and the fullback coming into the line the other does not.
One is coming last the other is in the top 8.

One has a lot out, and one doesn't…lol
