We always seem to struggle against the dogs. They beat us twice last year. If we are any chance to make playoffs we need to win this game.

I think Madge likes your bigger style wingers like eels f Meaney is too slender for the wing.

Solid toilers who rolled us twice last season. Hopefully we learned our lesson. An 80 minute performance is required to win this one.

Rolled us twice last season and, if memory serves, rolled us at the back end of the 2018 season when we needed a win to stay in contention.

Some suggested that our 2018 loss was because news had leaked that Ivan was going to jump ship. But then after two good wins to start 2019 (and two losses for the Dogs) they pulled our pants down in round 3. (Couldn't blame Ivan this time.)

And then, having to beat them in the second round last year to stay in contention, they beat us again. Two must-win games in two seasons against the Dogs, who were below us on the table, and we lose both.

We have a history of not turning up against the Dogs. This match will be a litmus test for where this team is at.

Dogs last year started terribly except for the win against us, but the back quarter to the season they were very good. This year once again a poor start, but they are looking better as the weeks roll on. They are a very solid team that lacks class in the spine. Put it this way, they are a lot better team the Titian’s so there is a real chance this could once again turn sour. In saying that Madge will be into them all week about complacency
