there are two upsides to this game …. one of them will be eliminated, hopefully sowfs.

the other is the prospect of seeing dene halatau getting a well deserved run in finals footy
 
All I can see are downsides.

Either Russell Crowe and his pathetic acting up to the crowd will get a run on GF day…or the much despised Hyde Park Dogs will be there.

Either way it is a lose/lose situation.

Having said that I would prefer the Souths option
 
Hope those Red and Green flat track pretenders will get whats coming to them tonight

I hope the Dogs win, I can't stand them being referred to as the pride of the league or that other chest nut, rugby league is traveling well when the Rabbits are winning. Either way as long as the better team wins & their's no dodgy calls that decide the outcome.

I wouldn't be sure of that, Manly played as bad as any team I have seen this year…even us! Slater's try was a disgrace that it was given BOTD. And one of Cronk's ones was pretty dodgy, looked like a couple of forward passes in the lead up from memory. Melbourne were given a rails run by the refs IMO, that will not happen next week.

I wait in anticipation of the next refereeing schemozzle, what a joke that has become :brick:
 
If the refs decide to crack down hard on crap in the ruck (which in a finals game won't happen), Souths are a chance. If they let stuff go (like all other finals games) Souths will get lapped.
 
Can't hack the Bulldogs, or the thought of that grub Ennis holding up the premiership trophy, so C'MON SOUTHS!
 
Hopefully Dogs, hate Souths and they have had a dream run, only played the top 8 sides 9 times in 24 rounds (4 wins 5 losses, all wins at home), before last weeks win over Canberra their last win against any of the other top 8 sides was back in May against Canberra (round 12).
 
Sutton being exposed for the hack he really is in Reynolds absence. Couldn't steer a golf cart that guy. See ya next yr losers

Will be supporting the Storm next week. The thought of Michael Ennis captaining a side to a premiership makes me ill
 
Crap! The only 2 teams I didn't want to see playing each other in the GF are now playing in the GF - bugger! How unlucky can a person be? I have zero interest now, except for the NYC, of course.

Souths found out what it's like to play without a halfback. A feeling we Tigers fans have known all season…

What a grand final, the two biggest salary cap cheats in the last 10 years. Dogs have been getting the calls all season, I am praying that Melbourne win by a wrong obstruction call or something. It would be karma at it's finest...
