Don't worry about the coach plug the leak first

If the reports are true regarding potter in the tele today are true Then our glorious circus of a club shouldn't worry about sacking the coach they need to find who is leaking the information to the media and get rid of them. At least someone can come forward and give us a name cause god knows our club won't hold them accountable. Only us fans will. If they sack potter and still fail to make the eight then who ever is the ring leader in the playing group needs to be shown the door at seasons end. U can't blame potter or the new coach who takes over for a few games but you can blame the player who wanted to play coaching director for not making the finals.

But again if this article isn't true , they know that they can blame a leak (whether there was or wasn't a leak ) as there has been issues before

One way or the other we need to either get rid of the board if its true or if the articles false we need to make Bulldog Ritchie life a living hell with a massive attack with emails , false tips for him to waste his time chasing and doing whatever we can do to make Ritchie wish he'd never heard of the WT's let alone write a BS article again

I'm not sure "leak" is the right word. Whichever group made the decision to punt Potter has been deliberately bagging him to whoever will listen, it appears, while trying to blame it on others (the players, Brian Smith, agents).

All for it if it's a lie we need to make Ritchie never ever want to write about the tigers again, but iv got a question do we even have a board yet. If it's true. And we do is it the old regime or the new nrl appointed independent board. Because if it's a new board they seem to act very similarly to the monkeys we had previously. And if it's the old board making the decision who's to say the new board would agree its a damn mess.

I think Masterton is probably right. Nevertheless the club should be focussing on ridding themselves of the source of the media manipulation and destabilisation as its first priority.

I just call it a leak for the sake of my argument these things need to be done privately in house look at how our club is run and then think how it would be dealt with by a team like Brisbane lets say all clubs have they're dramas but I couldn't see the broncos putting up with this rubbish even with they're dramas this week they just made the decision announced it and moved on, it just shows how off the mark our club is compared to other clubs in the comp in terms of our head office and the clubs over all professionalism we are light years away .

That's exactly my point and until we do the professionalism in the club will never improve and our culture will just go backwards if anything the fish rots from the head down

Mayer and the board need to find who's speaking and deal with them to show everyone else it won't be tolerated until they do that the inmates will always run the asylum. If the story is true that is.

can some one please tell how the board is made up at this moment is there any Balmain people there at all .is mayer pushing this are players pushing or just a pack of dim board members

It's a mystery!

It's hard to find much info on the current board. They're doing a good job of keeping themselves out of the media.
I think Nick Di Girolamo ( the guy that was bribing O Farrell ) was booted?
Danny Stapleton from Balmain maybe on it.
Simon Cook, Tony Andreacchio and Mike Bailey from Wests are possibly on it.

At the start of the year it was stated that an NRL appointed board would come in but this hasn't happened yet.

sounds like scott morrison must be head of the board .for cr**t sake cant the chairman of the board make a statement to the fans on what is going on

Supposedly it is still two months until the new board takes over

The meaning of confidentiality is obviously lost on these poorly trained gibbons.

If I remember rightly the board was to remain the same until the NRL appointed board took over. I also believe that as part of the deal of paying off the Balmain debt to WT that the Balmain board members had no voting rights. If this is the situation it begs the question of how a board with only half the members voting could possibly make any legally binding decisions.
