I noticed Wade Grahams lack of dress sense today at his ASADA interview. Why must some Rugby League players represent themselves as uneducated bogans when in public? Surely the fact that he needed to front up in front of an investigation panel would of called for a suit and tie.
There is no way known to mankind that any Union/AFL or Soccer player would of turned up to a meeting in attire best meant to be worn at the local pub.

Everyone is human, dont forget these guys are still kids regardless of being professional footballers.(they are mostly in their 20s odd)
I dont expect them to be professional else where .. Only the ones with good head on their shoulders have the same professionalism in all aspects of life.
so not a surprise at all to me

Yeah they usually do this sort of stuff when they are pissed off at having to front, much like the Bulldogs players years ago with the Coffs Harbour affair. Supposed to be player solidarity or some such BS. Personally, I think it just shows a complete lack of respect for anyone and everything and actually makes them appear more guilty.

I agree with what you have said LTWT, but in this time of trying to win over the corporate sector, players and officials alike need to dress appropriately. I would of thought either his lawyer or the Sharks management would of given him a heads up on what to wear.

First thing I thought of when I saw the news. What a tool! No idea!!

And fail Sharks management.

Depends on how much notice he got. I remember when the Dogs had their Coffs Harbor scandal almost a decade back they copped a lot of flack for rocking up to police questioning in boardies and thongs. A player did an anon interview a few years later where he claimed they got to training and were told they had to immediately go to the station for questioning (hence their outfits).

Really this whole drug scandal has been a big farce, we're almost 3 months on and we seem to know less than we did the day the story broke.

The notice came at least as early as the middle of last week. No excuses. Unprofessional yet want professional wages.

Wade isnt the sharpest tool in the shed and is a pretty laid back casual type of bloke… In saying that, I'd lean towards it clearly being a protest constructed by others.

Hopefully the NRL have sent the club an email to sharpen up their act...

Ray Hadley just gave him a serve and hinted that he has gone against the clubs direction on what to wear… Wonder if Bruno is gona wield his axe?

NRL took the Dogs to task over doing this.

The Gummies should be next in line for a serve

I think if I was in the same situation and knew I was innocent I would treat this with some contempt as well

So you'd turn up to a court trial dressed like that? The ASADA being are doing a job - as much as Wade Graham (I don't what makes you think he knows he's innocent) might have contempt for the process he should be treating with more seriousness than a trip to the shops. It certainly doesn't give the impression he's ready to be co-operative.
