yeah you can - but its classified as play on then as its a rake, not a lost ball. anyhow, in dugans case, the ball itself wasnt stripped, marshall ripped at dugans hand which caused him to lose the ball - i was of the belief thats classified as a knock on.
the big problem with the raking rule is how they determine whether it is a lost ball or not. half of them look the same but they all have different decisions.
