Yeah he seems like a real top bloke. Always speaks well and hasn't bagged the club even after not receiving a new contract. Gave a lot to the Tigers over the years and always played with heart.

I thought he was great for us. His only issue is that he isn't fast or big compared to a lot of lock or edge forwards today. He had a great all round game though.

Interesting for sure, unless those players were the $20 anonymous donations.

But you'd think for an NRL player, on an attractive salary, $1000-$2000 donations wouldn't put a dent into your life savings one bit

I'm thinking maybe they did it privately.
