ETHNICITY?

Fathers side NZ, Mother side Aussie. I was born in Dunedin NZ mid sixties yet lived in Aus since the late sixties.

Supported the Tigers for nearly the duration, but quietly have a soft spot for the All Blacks.

Australia is arguably the best country in the world, let's hope that does not change. And I don't think Aussies are racist (not all of them anyway), I just think they take offence when a small minority try to change the Aussie way of life.

Born in Latin America, immigrated to Oz in early 70's. Parents on my fathers side are Spanish on my mother's; half Italian, half Portuguese.

That's the result of war and civil unrest. From reading this thread, most are in the same boat (literally and metaphorically) in the last century, and nothing has changed.

My fathers side was a mix of Irish/English, dad was born at Rockley near Bathurst.
Mothers side both English, mums family came off the land at Black Springs near Oberon.
Been a Balmain fan since I was 12, die hard Wests Tiger tragic till I die.
I'm 63.

6th or so Generation Australian
Both sides of my family trace back to immigrants arriving in Australia in the early to mid 1800's - one from Scotland, one from Ireland.
