So caucasian for me

My great grandfather went to the first game Wests and Balmain ever played. The family has supported the Magpies/Tigers now for 110 years

How come Dutch going to Ireland in 11C? Probably both Catholic at that stage.

Don't see what religion had to do with it, uncless they were priests or nuns. England was catholic too at the time and much closer to the Netherlands.

Australian, born to Croatian parents

x2

The Croatians I knew around Lidcombe were all soccer mad.

Hence why Liverpool FC is my obsession and my number 1 sporting team. I even named my son after my favorite Liverpool player, Robbie Fowler. When people say Robbie Farah's mood depends on how Liverpool plays, I totally get it cause I'm EXACTLY the same way.

One of my brother's Irish Pommy in laws from LIverpool had a funeral of a young guy and it may have been conducted in a church but it was a Liverpool FC funeral. All the paraphernalia was Liverpool, a scarf draped the coffin on the way down. He was outfitted in their gear. The flowers were their colours.

I named my son after Charles Darwin and now as an adult he loves it.

I used to love the Serbian "chess" cafe at Cabramatta - one of my favourite hide outs in Sydney. Bet $300 a game and even riots sometimes. Their rugby league team lost to Filipino team a few years back - was a great game by the Pinoys.
