Wests Tigers legend Paul Sironen has urged fans to get on board and become a Member ahead of the 2013 season.

“It’s an exciting new era here at the Wests Tigers,” Sironen said.

“If you have got a mate who has been a Member before, go and give them a bit of a nudge and tell them to get back on board.”

We are just six weeks away from kicking off the 2013 season and we need you to jump on board as a valued Wests Tigers Member.

Wests Tigers are almost halfway to our goal of 12,000 members and reserved seating is filling up fast.

Now is the time to become a part of the new and exciting Wests Tigers, with two-time Super League coach of the year Mick Potter taking the reins at the club.

Fans have a lot to look forward to with some exciting young talent coming through the ranks, the speed of Marika Koroibete combined with talented young halves Jacob Miller and Curtis Sironen.

New recruits Eddy Pettybourne and Bodene Thompson will give us added grunt in the forward pack, with Braith Anasta bringing a wealth of experience to the team.

Make sure you have your seat secured and show your support for the Wests Tigers.

A bit like going to a mosque trying to convert people to Islam….the message needs to reach a wider audience, most that are seeing it ( Official website, WTs twitter and FB, members emails etc ) are likely already members....its not our job to recruit - weve done our bit...over to you Wests Tigers

Why do they sound so desperate…

Because they are desperate. They have dropped the ball with the memberships this year and are struggling.

They won't break 10K.

Maybe if they made their prices more attractive they would double their membership and improve their bottom line….lower margins ,higher revenue= better bottom line

They wont get 8000 members let alone 12000, they should have players @ Macarthur Square, The Mall @ Campbelltown & Leichhardt & other Wests Tigers areas. By players i mean our top players, they should be out there recruiting new Members.
