It really needs to be levelled and done properly from scratch....30K capacity a bit like Parra but decent seating all the way around for the general public not just three side....one can dream

I would do a one off deal with Accor - I totally disagree with having a home game against parra at commbank. If we finish well this year and continue improvement next year we would draw 60k at Accor.

60K would be achievable against Parra on Easter Monday. also possible against the Bulldogs and Souths. if they do good value tickets & food.
