Facility funding to richer clubs while Wests Tigers, Manly miss out

Why do the rorters need a COE? Every player they have are already developed in other areas and than they just use their endless salary cap rorting money pit to buy them

My sentiments exactly. They have brought through 1 junior in the last 5 years.

Well what did you expect. And do we have a plan B. I doubt it. I can see the board all standing around with blank looks on their faces and scratching their butts.

Maybe 3 in the last 20yrs? The only true juniors i can think of are Mini and Ricko. Who is the one you've got in mind?

Didnt Cambo Council offer something on a smaller scale for ''free''?

As if we were ever going to get $10M anyway! What, a quarter of the entire fund? Was a bit ambitious to start with..

Closer to 1/6 of the total.
The other clubs were asking for the same amount, being 10mil.

But I thought the pool was $40M?

Maybe the Tigers should be looking at this place. For HQ and COE.
Its even meant to have a pool as well. (from what the plans had anyway)

Sorry mate, thought you meant 1/4 of our proposal. Youre right 1/4 of the govt pool.

Surely the money should be spread evenly to all the proposals. If the clubs cant get the other money for their COE then the govt doesnt release the money.

“sitting there like a monstrous blob”.

Reminds me of a couple I know from the area

So Easts are more likely to get a look in? Gee, I wonder which prominent figure in Australian politics is an Easts fan…?

Didn't we used to use all the facilities at Homebush? I seem to remember in Sheens time the Tigers office and training facilities were at Homebush. Maybe I'm way off here??

Admin used to be in a building at Underwood Rd in homebush… They trained at Concord back then I think as well as Cambo and LO.

Champagne tastes on a beer budget = Wests Tigers

Thanks!
