OFFICIAL Fainu Brothers.

Don’t think it will take that long. I’d say 25 we should be peaking but so many variables.
Let’s hope 24 is a moving year and then ready for a red hot go in 25.
They can’t leave it too long otherwise a few of us oldies may not be around and I’d be pissed off to miss the fun.
I’m with you on that. Give us us joy soon please

Braith and Hoops reported its a 2m deal each for 4 years
I think that is rubbish IMO.. Hoops sounded like he has a grudge v Tigers and it's affecting him doing his job. Come across like a knob.

If these guys signed with a Roosters, Souths, Storm etc.. They would be talking it up but cause it's us its WOW they signed these young guys for 4 Years on potential but don't mention at all that Dolphin offer the same 4 year deals.

Just shows they have an agenda.

Hoops is a joke.

Supposed Tiger fan.
He's salty.

Carayannis said Redcliffe pulled out a week ago. No shit, you mean the same day they would've been told that the brothers were rejecting their offer?
Hooper then chimes in with" So the Tigers were bidding against themselves".

Nobody can be that dumb so you can only put Hooper's rant down to salt.

Congratulations to the club for landing these two.
Would be nice to get Latu especially in early to get a couple more months with him before next season.
Suffice to say the club needed this win. Now for them to make some more good decisions.

I don’t think they know.

Said it was a massive risk signing them for 4 years with limited first grade experience. We signed Bula for 3 before he played a game. No one mentioned that as a risk. Muppets.
Yes it's a risk.

Ponga was a risk at Newcastle. It was only after he signed that he lit up for the Cowboys (and they would regret not signing him).

If we were the Storm, Brisbane or a top 4 team. We could avoid the risk. Make a hard 2 year offer and be able to walk out of the contract if it all goes south.

Were last.

Which sucks, because we then need to pay overs and/or offer longer term deals.

IMHO, this is the first win for Fulton. I see the arguments between Fulton and Benji being healthy. Yet clearly they are both from very different cultures and club backgrounds. They will want different people and for different reasons.

Yes it's a risk. It's a huge Risk. I can't see how else our team digs itself out of the mess we are in. We have tried luring top shelf halfbacks and even second tier halfbacks and have failed.
Bula is a risk that paid off.
Naden was a risk and hey he got injured. That's going to happen in a contact sport.
This season was wiped out, in part because our 5/8 and Halfback both got season ending injuries.

Heck picking Latu Fainu who has very little experience over say Shulster, for all his criticism has significant first grade experience... is a risk.

We go too safe, were going to rise back to our usual spot of 9th or lower and not get out of there.
We need to smartly roll the dice. It's a gamble.

Sheens/Benji are going to fail a recruitment/signing at some stage. By that I mean another Russell Packer or Josh Reynolds. So far, the players we have landed have been top notch or above expectation.

Totally agree some great news!
I have to eat humble pie as I thought we had no chance with these two brothers.
Glad to be wrong about this.

Everything in life is a risk. These kids have talent, now they need to be nurtured and hopefully they stay injury free.

I think it's a great signing - now we just need a halfback who can steer the team around. If Wakeham put get his bombs a little higher I wouldn't mind him.

360 clowns: "No established player will ever sign for the Tigers, they're a joke."
Tigers: sign two up and coming stars.
360 clowns: "Ooh that's a bit of a risk, why don't they spend the money on established players?"
