All I can say is that I did hear he wasn't coping well with life after the NRL..also he split with his wife apparently and he was absolutely devastated….not spreading rumours or inuendos because this is a terrible situation all round,its just what I was told by somebody else...

There was a media report that the family considered that the number of concussions which he suffered during his career was a major factor.

I don't remember him as a player but it's very unfortunate.
Us fellas can get really down on life and it's hard and very isolating.
