yep Saturday for me too ..the 16th was the default..I assumed it was a Saturday…

I’ve done my draft. Ready to go anytime. Saturday suits fine and gives more time to maybe clear my draft and go into manual mode.

Draft is in snake format 1 thru 10 then back 10 thru 1 etc..

Is everyone happy (cept probably happy) with the Saturday the 17th of Feb at 7pm (6pm QLD) for the draft as this can be changed if it doesn't suit the majority..

I have set it as a LIVE Draft…if you are not available at the time it's not a problem as you can have as many players on your Pre-Draft list as you want...I suggest putting every player on there as 10 teams will require 170 players in total...it is then just a matter of re-ordering the players as you see fit on your list....

I think we all played last year but if you have any questions pop them in here...

OK just realised this coincides with the Trial against North Queensland which will be streamed 7.30 QLD 8.30 NSW…

Draft starting at 7pm would take 2hrs 50mins to complete as the min time I can set is 1 min per pick...which means it would run into the trial...

If people are OK with this I can leave it or bring it forward an hour or pick another day..

Its only a trial Geo , unless anyone was actually going to the game , but Saturday's are good for me about the same time most weeks

I ask this as EB is first off the tee on Saturday …..don't want to slow the process down for anyone

Well umm…here goes..I'll type slowly for you..

It wont slow the process at all...

It's a "LIVE" Draft which means you can pick a player..you get 1 min to pick then it goes to the next Coach and so on...

Now this is where the Pre-Draft List comes in and the Order you place the players ...

Say EB selects Cammy and I had him as No.1 on my list he's gone..No.2 on my list is say Simon Mannering ..I would get him as I'm 2nd or if I'm LIVE I have the option to pick another player say Jake Friend as the next best Hooker as long as I do it within 1 minute... or just run with my next player on my Pre-Draft list in Mannering...

So if people are unavailable for the LIVE Draft the Order of your Pre-Draft list becomes important as players are chosen they are removed from the Draft...

So in other words if your live you get to pick any player not taken...if you are relying on your Pre-Draft list as players are taken the 1st available player on your list when it's your turn will be selected automatically for you..

PS Can you put Josh Hogdson as your No. 1 pick..

I don't want to hijack your thread, but want to talk Fantasy Draft *players*. Happy for suggestions from others that aren't in the forum draft league.
I am playing in a 20 man league. We are picking 1,1,1,1,1,1 + 6 reserves. We have a league imposed rule of only 1 hooker per team.
I am "lucky" enough to be pick 20 & 21 (snake order). My thoughts: by the time I get to my picks, all good and mediocre hookers will be gone. Whilst this is the smallest pool to pick from, and arguably the most important from a points perspective, because there's a 1 per team cap, I will get the same 'not-very-good' hooker whether they are my first pick or my last. I am thinking I am best of going for a top 3 player in two other positions, which should be on the board. Who do people suggest? I think forwards score more points than backs, on average?

Best bacrower you can get that's left as 1 pick…as for hooker maybe take a punt on Garvey or Havilli from the Raiders by the time your pick comes round..

I don't know too much about this , but if all 12 players agreed could we all autofill ….......

Would even things out and probably be fairer in a sense :bulb:
