Farah needs 4 weeks

Giving Chris the captaincy is the last thing he needs at the moment. He is still lacking confidence and timing from his long layoffs and is too young still. If Rob isnt captain than the obvious choice is Benj….

then give benji a shot. but that wont happen because farah only signed if he is captain, correct me if im wrong. its just that i think that the smartest player should be captain. does anyone else agree that lawrences timing was off tonight against manly? Yes he made some errors but what about the silencing of Lyon tonight?

What about Heigno?

The way i see it, why burden Marshall with extra responsibility? just let him play his natural game without the weight of the team on his shoulders. I think Lawrence is an awesome captain in the making, but wether he's ready yet, who knows? The only other players i see as Captain material are Rhino and maybe Galloway. Fulton maybe? at the end of the day we can go back and forth all we want on this, but the reality is Farah will be captain for as long as he's a Tiger IMO. I can't see him relinquishing the Captaincy, and Sheens sure as hell isn't going to take it off him

the premiers beat us by 4 points we played ordinary for 50 mins…......................
round 2
settle pettles :bash

My only issue with Robbie is his last tackle options or his 3rd tackle options…..... I wish he would just stop putting in the "miracle" kick or push the pass when he should just settle down and apply pressure.

Robbie is a fanastic player. I'm glad he's in our colours and I never want to lose hime. He is courageous and a genuine star of the game. But, I watched him closely last week and again last night and he doesn't seem to be able to stretch out, particularly with his darts from dummy half. He is passing a lot more and getting the ball to the likes of Benji etc. But, Robbie is a terrific attacking runner too. Where is that at the moment? He sure deosn't look himself. I hope (strangely) that it's a physical thing, not a motivation one.

Farah has a cronic problem with the last tackle option …this has to be rectified and should of been fix in the off season by the coach.

Get off his back, he missed a tackle & i dont think his groin is 100% right but give the man a break. We played bad for 20mins & get beat by four we will come good.

God bless Robbie, but in all honesty i dont think he is the smartest player in our team.

I agree with this in that his options seem to poor at crucial times. Still he wasn't that bad and the miss on Williams is a tough call.

I think he just needs to take the right options all the time. Let Benji make the big plays not Robbie. Of course if it is there he should go for it.

The alternative view is that he simply is not the same player that he was when he started in first grade and will never be that player again.

The bloke gives his heart and soul week in week out, wouldn't swap him, played with a broken nose and copped another wack on the snozz last night which slowed him up for 30 secs but he got up again and kept going, he missed the tackle on that runaway train but so what plenty do and plenty will continue to and there should have been someone else there to assist.

He is a gutsy bloke… Topped the tackle count again last night (54) and this is where his problem starts!

He is doing to much and needs a break from playing dummy half, first reciever, and plugging the middle to allow the bloke 'time' to make the right decisions more often.

Politoni can reduce Robbies workload!!!

I think your spot on TW , and he is making 50 tackles because they are targeting him in their attack ,simply to tire him out . A spell in the game will give our 7 a chance to run the show.No one doubts his toughness at all,but we cant keep using the injury excuse every time he makes the wrong option.

He made one or two poor decisions last night with the ball in hand.

Moltzen needs to start overcalling plays, getting involved and oing his job. Farah is basically in the same position we were in with John Morris at halfback until Moltz steps up.

The tackle against T-Rex comes down to alot of factors like DCE's superb ball work and both props missing the read completely and poor body positioning from Robbie in the circumstances. I can live with it all things considered from the broken nose, the fatigue from Sunday etc.
