I miss stated before, i meant sheens wont be here after 2013, Sheens wont be sacked mid season though, tigers won't be that disrespectful. He has been told writing is on the wall, nothing short of a grand final appearance will save him. It's whether sheens wants that hanging over him all year remains to be seen. He may not start 2013, depends how his ego took the meeting last week.

We all know Sheens has a massive ego,and an inability to cop criticism or KPi's,so lets hope he walks is pushed ASAP so we can start afresh now.

if sheens stays, idk why but i kinda hope farah leaves the club.

i know, no player is bigger than the club, but it will do him a world of good imo. however, parra?? not sure if he willl get much to learn there. same probs as us in their squad, a new coach though.. imo that's the only positive in going to parra.

If Farah is talking to them (which I doubt) the Club should strip him of the Captaincy immediately… If he signs with a year to go, he can play NSW Cup until he leaves!

I think it's pretty clear, although still speculation - If Sheens goes, Farah will stay. If Sheens stays, Farah will try to get out. Farah is a standout as our best player, no doubt about it. To lose him would have huge implications for WT management, board amd sponsors. I know many won't re-join as members in 2013 if they decide to stick with Sheens and let Farah walk.

Disappointed in that post.
If a player has signed with another club with a year remaining, let him play his full potential. Broncos did it with Ben Teo, as did Roosters with Anasta. Etc.
It's a shame he would be leaving but there's no point wasting a player especially one that is getting paid a lot.

As I mentioned, I doubt Farah will leave… But at the same time, if such a scenario became reality, I dont want another Scott Prince scenario.

I doubt Farah would stoop to the level of Prince. He's a competitor through and through.

If Prince's wife was not insistent on living in QLD then Scott would still be a tiger! Fact

True, it's the way he whored himself around the city 2 weeks before season kick-off that put him offside with fans. He didn't have to be spotted at lunch in the city with prospective clubs.

I really hope Farah doesn't go because we are stuck with Sheens.
He's obviously enjoyed playing under Stuart and (IMO) is looking for someone to help take his game to another level.
That would mean using the team around him better.
Management should do EVERYTHING to keep him - he is the heart and soul of the club.
It would be like if Wayne Pearce or Keith Barnes had left…. and Parramatta?
Hope he remembers the farewells some other one club players (notably Hindmarsh) got this year.

There'll be a meltdown if Robbie goes, let alone if he goes and Sheens stays. That would, quite frankly, be the dumbest move on the clubs part if they let it happen.

I think the reality is nobody knows what Robbie would be thinking. Yes - he's captain, Yes - he's got a band of brothers here at WT's, Yes - he's loyal and would find it monumentally hard to leave the club. However there's always the odd chance he could seek a fresh start elsewhere? He wouldn't be the first guy to seek that.

The reality though is that he's already questioned the ambition of the club (when he nearly jumped to the Titans) once before and the scenario WT's find themselves in again is all too familiar. If i was WT's i'd be seriously showing caution with how seriously they take this "review". If not taken seriously, our captain, our best player may be very tempted to leave.

Quality No.9s don't grow on trees.

I'd rather be searching for a halfback then a hooker.

Lets hope we aren't having to search for both 😱pen_mouth:

I think we're safe there. The only reason Robbie might go is if sheens stays.
& if sheens stays we're never ever going to look for a halfback.

Maybe Robbie is sounding out Parramatta as he is hearing rumours and isnt happy Sheens 'wont' be at the Club in 2014?
