Interesting that not 1 of Robbies team mates joined him for his public spectacle on the scoreboard for beers yesterday. Not 1

I can understand the shot - in front of the famous old scoreboard. He did not need any mates it was his day. Originally I thought he was being funny by hiding the raiders big score.

Reading between the lines of other reports, I think we are footing $500k towards next year's contract, plus $250k which is owed to Robbie in back payments.

So yeah, not a lot of change left out of the transaction to throw at anybody else.

This is why back-ending contracts is so dangerous, and hopefully we wont be doing this anymore in the future.

yeh, we are gonna be bottom 4 next year. let's try to frontload the contracts of tedesco, moses and woods coz i doubt there'll be any more signings.

humpty 4/5 years ago, mayer left a couple of years ago- how the bloody hell is our salar cap still so bad

was it really worth it? trying to push him out since end of 2015 to save a couple of hundered grands in the larger scheme of things?

considering Souffs rumoured to be paying 300-400 his grub manager has obviously skimmed a bit of gratuity cream on top

Didnt know Ayoub had a gun during the negotiations and forced the tigers into anything. What a joke of a club. All this to save $200k. Imagine if souths make semis next year and we finish 9th, and were paying their hooker $750k. I could cop farah going to save $350 to $400k. But to save $2"0k what an absolute farce. We get absolutely carved up by a "creative hooker" yesterday yet Einstein only wants a hooker that passes. I was bitter after last night, but now im starkling mad. Well done Pascoe great to see you really working your negotiation skills, sounds like they are as good as JT's cosching skills.

Of course they won't , why would they employ someone who is actually good at their job .
Any way by the look of it he may not need another job for quite a while after they pay him his 3/4 of a Million bucks, to play for another club .
Smart move JT.

But….but ...we have these great plans for the club.....top 4 next year ..... GF the next...we're heading in the right direction.......great slogans.....great decisions.....oooops, Sorry about that. :crazy

Is anyone surprised with this. If you are then you are as delusional as I was at thinking we were a chance yesterday.

All personality issues aside, We took a SOO player with 247 FG games and a track record on the field and turned him into an outcast. And then we expect other clubs to pay top dollar?it's not about the player is about the game in this instances. We played the player the bunnies played the game.

And people actually believe what jurnos write in sport sections. What ever agreement Farah and the club came to you can bet your bottom dollar there was a confidential clause in the settlement. Anything these Jurnos are sprouting is purely speculation

So how in the hell is that supposed to ease the salary cap pressure. For $200,000 I'd rather have left him in NSW Cup for backup

Journos get feed alot of information. The geniuses at wests tigers have off loaded him for $500k. So he is probably getting another $450kvfrom the rabbits. What the geniuses forgot was $250k they still owed him. Thats what he would have wanted up front. So it counts towards our salary cap meaning we only save $200k. So Farah next year is earning $1.15 million, one of the highest paid players. Well done tigers, what a debacle and an embarrasemwnt.

Last I heard, they wanted one, Farah didn't. Looks like he won!

If this is true, I'm discussed. How can we possibly be competitive next year if we are throwing that much of our cap away?

Maybe someone didn't tell the club that.
After all , they are a bit slow :crazy
Ayoub has earned his Fee again.

At least someone is bursting with joy today in multiple threads…
