Why does he use twitter to make all his announcements and insights. How about doing a video presentation to douse all these rumours and give people some confidence that some normality exists ?

To me it's a cop out, not convinced about Mayer yet.
 
If I was the Tiges I would have held off registering the contract. I would do this as if there is space in the cap I would front load the payments, thus giving more space late. To illustrate the point, we should have over 0.6m in free cap space next year. I would move it into year 1 of Farahs deal to make space for a marque player in 2015

I think Farah going might be a good thing
He is a poor leader ,unable to perform under pressure
Although he does provide some attacking moves and does a mile of defence ,he thinks he is bigger than the club . His record in the big games is ordinary

West Tigers got a right one in Humphreys. I remember his dad's dealings in collaboration with Arhurson when Newtown were kicked out in 1983\. Say no more.

But Farah's manager says the contract hasnt been signed. Someone isnt being totally honest and i cant see what his manager would have to gain by fibbing on this one. Our CEO has reasons though.

ayoub is probably trying to get other clubs to put an offer in and make farah reconsider the deal.
 
Or the club is trying to bullsh*t us. Bit like telling us theyve sacked two blokes…....... 8 weeks after they resigned.
 
Anyone who thinks the NRL would let us die off totally forgets that they have a long term contract to provide 16 teams and 8 games of content per week.

You don't have to think too hard about the Sharks sagas this year to realise they'll bail any team out.
 
Robbie still our best player & would be a great loss in the short term, however, he will be 30 in
January so maybe time to say farewell now & try to use his 3.6 Million over 4 years in a more prudent way.

Central Coast Bears, West Coast Pirates, countless qld bids, There will be be no less than 16 teams. I hope, but am afraid, that our board think like you and asssume we're too valuable to the NRL.
