@TJL said:Farah isn't even in the top 4 hookers at our club, how he made SOO again makes me think he has something on Laurie. Go QLD BTW! LOL
@Eddie said:@gallagher said:His ability has caught up with his personality. Total crap.
Offered nothing but cushioning attacking players gradually to the ground over 10 meters.
C'mon buckets. You have it in you.
If his game was played by Smith they would probably give him MOM
52 tackles, 2 drop outs forced and set up the "no try" to Morris.
He is running on old legs but he played pretty well tonight.

@gallagher said:So the Queenslanders ran at the weakest less link 52 times. How impressive.
He's a spent force.
Not even a first grader
@wd in perth said:@stevetiger said:Robbie so far has been very good. Exceptional kicking game, great service and great defence. I think he played for a penalty once when he shouldn't have but that is being a tough marker.
Woods has also been good. When he ball plays he adds a lot to his game.
Really? I thought his service was average at best. Nobody questions his effort in defence, but his habit of holding and walking backwards does my head in. Kicking was good and his read early of a grubber was fantastic. All in all, nsw can do a lot better in the 9 jersey.
@Tigerdon said:I didn't think Robbie should have been picked for SOO 1, however I agree he was One of our better players last night. He was very clever around the ruck.

Im sorry?
Did I not start the thread bagging Farah about talking about Taylor?
Did I not start the thread a couple of months ago saying is Robbie gone as an attacking force?
Was I an apologist then?
I dont stick doggedly to something just for my own ego,
you cant even say he had a fair game despite 52 tackles, and 2 forced drop out and a try assist that was taken off the board.
I reckon I am more capable of saying things objectively about Farah. I am not near as one side of the fence as you. You cant give him credit for anything. I can bag him. Thats the difference.
@coopy said:I thought he did well. He provided reliable service to the halves which he has been heavily criticised fit in this forum, kicked very well, ran when he had the opportunity, provided the pass that should've probably won the Blues the game and tackled himself to a standstill. He was also probably the equal to his opposite number as well.
Not much more he could have done. If anything, when it was clear that Reynolds was struggling, he probably should have considered taking more control - but he probably knew what this forum would say.
Like others in this thread. I am no "apologist" but please…some credit is only fair.
