I watched the presser and Madge said he passed the HIA and was right to go back on but the Doctors wouldn't let him.

Does this undermine the HIA process, what's the point of the HIA if you can pass it yet still not be allowed back on?

I know that there are rules apart from the tests that they do. Players that lose consciousness are supposed to be ruled out for the game but having not seen the incident, I cannot say what happened to him.
